How can I pay?

All subscriptions are paid by invoice, and for fast-track payments we use PayPal. For more information about PayPal, please click here.

Until when will my license be valid?

Our standard subscription is valid for one year. Please get in touch if you wish to take out a longer subscription.

You will receive an automated message two months (eight weeks) before your subscription is due to expire, with options to either renew or cancel your subscription.

Can I take out a subscription for longer than a year?

Yes, this is possible. If you wish to take out a subscription for longer than a year, please get in touch.

I want to cancel my subscription.

Unless agreed otherwise with KSR Evidence, your subscription will automatically end after one year. If you want to end your subscription before the expiry date, please get in touch and we will deactivate your account. 

How do I amend my personal details?

You can change your contact details in your account settings. If after a year you wish renew your subscription but your address has changed in that period, please contact us directly. Please visit PayPal to change your PayPal credentials.
